Dr. Silke Boeffel has more than 15 years work experience in the Life Sciences and Biotech industries. She spent 8 years in commercial roles including 4 years as European Sales Manager and has a wide range of experience in Pharma, Biotech and Chemistry markets. During her career she gained insight into small startups, medium sized companies and large multinational organizations, and has broad experience in recruiting, training and coaching of multinational sales teams.
In 2014 Silke successfully completed her training as Certified Business Coach (EiBA) and is now working towards certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) whose ethical standards and regulations she is consequently following during her coaching work.
